I am sorry to hear that you have misplaced your card. Please call 1.866.830.0832 to report your card lost and to cancel it. Once done, your new card will be ordered. It will take 7-10 business days for delivery. If you prefer, you can visit one of our branches (Florida City, Kendall, Sheridan, Hallandale Beach, Sunrise, Delray Beach or Juno) to receive a card on the spot.
